Realizing this, Highrise was established by our Founder, Forrest Blake, as a professional organization dedicated to helping members accomplish their individual objectives.

The organization has grown to more than 1,500 Members nationwide. Highrise Now was created as a gateway to Highrise, specifically for young professionals who want to grow their networks, develop their leadership skills, and reach the next level of their careers.

Leadership Groups

Each Member of Highrise Now is part of a Leadership Group that meets virtually every month for 1.5 hours. Membership is reserved for individuals under the age of 40 with less than 10 years of experience in their industry. This creates an environment of peer-level support  that is focused on building your core leadership skills.

Professional Growth

To accelerate your leadership abilities, you need to always be improving and growing. By joining a like-minded community of business leaders, you will be able to expand your professional network, build long-lasting relationships, elevate your profile, learn from your peers, exchange ideas and information, and gain knowledge from the experience of others.

Skilled Moderators

Meetings are led by our highly skilled moderators and formatted to create maximum impact, starting off with time for self introductions and followed by leadership development. Group moderators are Highrise employees trained to engage Members of the group in relevant discussions and ask non-leading questions that encourage valuable feedback.

A Gateway to Highrise

Highrise Networks is for top-achieving professionals who have more than 10 years of industry experience. As our Now Members gain experience, they can move up to a membership within Highrise and garner all the benefits of our larger community.
